How to: Sea shell necklace

How-To:

Grab a piece of thick felt & glue shells and pearls on just the way you like.  

Paint felt with acrylic paint, so it looks like sand

Add lace around the felt, I hotglued it on the backside.

Attach rope to the backside of the lace.
