I made this out of the blue (haha) when I made other nautical jewelry. I've had the pendant for quite a while, it was attached to a necklace I once bought.

1. Make three braids, two with rope and one with ribbon.
2. Bind them together at each end, I used glue to attach satin ribbon.
3. Put on the seahorse with a jump ring.
That's it :)
